[Adapt] SVN Migration

Hi guys,

We are planning to migrate our SVN to a much larger space. So please commit
all your recent changes to SVN server soon, and stop committing by today.
We will let you know when the new SVN is back and provide you with the new
svn address. Hopefully your password won't change.

Our migration will take place around 8pm tonight.
