[Adapt] Using galaxy server

Hi all,

I created a wiki page at

http://adapt.seiee.sjtu.edu.cn/~wiki/index.php/Using_Galaxy_Server

describing how to make use of our galaxy server.  You are encouraged to
improve it to add your own tricks.

The most important thing is that now we have Matlab installed on the
server.  See the wiki page for details on how to use it.
