[Adapt] CS383

Hi guys,

I have to reach out to you guys again. If any of you, especially those in year 4, have no clash with CS383 and would like to learn programming language, please just enroll in this course. So far, Xinyu, Jia and Keyang have enrolled. But I desperately need a few more. Also, please do tell your friends, that they will not do bad in this course, and I will try reduce the workload as well, but instead they will learn a lot.
