[Adapt] Blackhole's IP has been changed

Hi All,


We have moved Blackhole to the machine roon at floor 1, so now the IP of Blackhole is 202.120.38.146, which is the same with Galaxy & Darkstar.
The port number of Blackhole is unchanged: 9595. Please change your ssh configurations if necessary.
