[Adapt] [Seminar] Multi-Attribute Text Rewriting

Dear Adapters, 

In this week, I will introduce a paper “ Multi-Attribute Text Rewriting ”, which is published at ICLR 2019. For the task of style transfer in text, previous methods always alter one attribute by disentangling style and content. However, in this paper, the author demonstrates the disentanglement is useless and not effective. 

The proposed method based on back-translation, allows control over multiple attributes, like gender, sentiment, product type, etc. and specifically, it supports a more find-grained control on the trade-off between content preservation and change of style.
