[Adapt] [Seminar] Insertion Transformer

Dear Adapters,

The typical decoder in seq2seq model used to generate text one token at a
time from left to right. Today, I am going to introduce the paper
"Insertion Transformer: Flexible Sequence Generation via Insertion
Operations", which proposes the idea to allow an arbitrary generation order
via insertions based on the binary tree.
