[Adapt] [Seminar]Knowledge-graph based Proactive Dialogue Generation

Hi Adapters,

In recent years, an important special type of human-machine dialogue systems named proactive dialog has gained growing research interest, where bot is expected to sequentially change the discussed topics to guide the conversation, and meanwhile keep the dialogue as natural and engaging as possible. Today I will introduce proactive dialog system and its datasets released in an ACL paper in 2019. Three different approaches towards this problem will be presented as well.
