[Adapt] New Semester and ADAPT weekly seminars

Hi guys,

Welcome back to Fall of 2023! There will be four new members (MSc) to 
the group: Xingyuan Li, Hao-an Jin, Minghao Li, and Hao Tang. A warm 
welcome to all of the new members! Would the new member each send an 
email to this mailing list so that everybody knows your contact?

There will be some changes to our weekly seminars. The seminar will take 
place on line at 10-11:30 AM every Wednesday morning starting next week 
(Sept 19). We will use MS Teams for this online weekly meet-up.  The 
meeting link is:

The format of the seminar will be the same: two talks every time, each 
followed by some Q&A and comments.
