If you don’t know how to use svn, please consult a tutorial. In a pinch, you need to first do “svn co <a href="svn://adapt.seiee.sjtu.edu.cn/talks" class="">svn://adapt.seiee.sjtu.edu.cn/talks</a>” to check out the whole remote directory, put your ppt to this dir locally and then do “svn add” to add the file into the repo.
