[Adapt] CS web server down

Hi guys,

 

Our department web server is down since yesterday and as such, our SVN repo
and wiki are also down. Xinhui’s trying hard to fix it. In the mean time,
if you are writing a paper, just keep your changes locally, and commit to
the server when it’s back online.
