[Adapt] Research Page of ADAPT website

Hi Guys,

The following projects still don't have a dedicated project web page. Each
owner of the project please create a static page on adapt server by end of
this week. Below are some examples project websites.

The purpose of the project page is to advertise your project and research
and this is different from the wiki pages which are for internal
consumption.
Please remember, the deadline for creating the project website is *Friday,
Apr 4*.
