[Adapt] Congrats to Keyang!

Dear all,

 

Keyang's thesis, "An Association Network for Semantically Enhanced
Recommender System" has won the first prize (#1) in the whole CS department.
His thesis will compete against all Bachelor's thesis at the university
level.  A big round of applause for Keyang!
