[Adapt] [ADAPT][Seminar] A tutorial on gnuplot

Hi Adapters,

GNUPlot is a very popular free and open source graph software, especially
in scientific writing, along with LaTeX, are two most widely used software.
Tomorrow I will give a small tutorial on how to use this software to
produce nice figures in papers. The seminar will take place at 4:30 pm at
SEIEE 3-528 tomorrow.
