[Adapt] Seminar: Recent work on information extraction

Hi Adapters,
I'm sure all of you had a nice holiday while some are still busy with
finals. But, it's seminar time again!
This time I will introduce some recent advances in information extraction
with the focus on relation extraction and sequence labeling (NER). I will
mainly introduce two papers I had been working on during my visit to UIUC.
