[Adapt] Seminar:Variational knowledge graph reasoning

Hi adapters:
        In this seminar, I will introduce variational inference which is widely used in text generation, construct links in knowledge graph and many other domains in machine learning. This seminar includes the key questions,'what, why, how', about variational inference and an specific instance in referring missing links in knowledge graph.
