[Adapt] Seminar: Joint Extraction of Entities and Relations Based on a Novel Tagging Scheme

Hi Adapters,

This time I'm going to introduce a method that can jointly extract entities and relations together. This paper proposed a novel tagging scheme to contain the information of entities and relations in a single tag. It achieves the best results on the public dataset.
