[Adapt] [Seminar] Energy and Policy Considerations for Deep Learning in NLP

Hi Adapters,
       In this week, I will talk about a fresh ACL 2019 paper, Energy and Policy Considerations for Deep Learning in NLP, which discussed several phenomenon in current  neural network training, quantitively calculated the carbon footprint of training and fine-tuning several well-known NLP models, and proposed their suggestions regarding those results. It is an interesting and technique-less talk. Hope you enjoy it  XD
