[Adapt] Overview of 2020 conference: evaluation of chatbots

Hi Adapters,

In recent years, the evaluation of chatbots has become a hot issue. This time, I will introduce to you the general ideas and highlights of a series of papers on the systematic review of dialogue in the 2020 conference, but I will not cover the specific details. I hope that by this seminar, you can understand the research direction of chatbots in recent years.
