[Adapt] An overview of Learning to Rank

Hi Adapters,

Learning to Rank (LTR) is a class of algorithmic techniques that apply supervised machine learning to solve ranking problems. Today I will talk about LTR. In this talk, I will introduce different LTR approaches, evaluation metrics and a couple of LTR algorithms.
