Prof. Shen is a Guest Scientist of Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Kunstliche Intelligenz (DFKI, German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence), since 2012.
Prof. Shen has been holding the yearly International Forum of E-Learning, since 2006. Scientists participate the yearly International Forum of E-Learning from Stanford, Berkeley, University of Michigan, Washington University in Saint Louis, DFKI, EPFL, Korean University, Waseda University and many other famous universities.
