[Adapt] SVN server migration

Hi guys,

 

We are migrating the svn server from the department machine
(www.cs.sjtu.edu.cn) to galaxy, starting from last night. Please refrain
from committing new stuff into the old repository for the time being to
avoid inconsistency. Kangqi will email us today when the new repo is ready
and then please commit your changes to the new repo and verify all your
files and histories are correct.
