[Adapt] Servers Lockdown for ICDE Submission

Dear guys,
We are working on at least two papers for ICDE at the moment. From NOW till Aug 1, Kaiqi, Yu, Keyang and Jinyi will have exclusive access to Galaxy and 5566. Other members please refrain from running programs on these two machines. If you do use them, your process may risk being killed by the admin. Please use 3399, 4489 or Dong’s machine (ssh 202.120.38.145) instead if you need larger ram.
