[Adapt] [Seminar] Generating caption for a picture with RNN

Hi Adapters,


Our seminar will take place the day after tomorrow at 5pm in room SEIEE3-528.


Last week, Jianan has delivered an impressive lecture about the LSTM. I'll go further on this topic and try to talk about an application of the LSTM, generating caption for a picture automatically, which is kind of interesting but extremely hard.


I'll introduce these models from a large scale with some examples and let you know how it works from a top view, while the details bottom are very hard to understand so I hope you won't get lost. Hope you can enjoy this talk!
