[Adapt] [adapt][seminar] introduction to NMT

Hi, adapters, I will give a brief introduction about Neural Machine Translation in the coming seminar. The three main topics of my talk are Byte-Pair Encoding, Back-Translation and unsupervised NMT. The former two topics are common methods in NMT tasks, and unsupervised NMT is very interesting.
