[Adapt] [Seminar] Recent Controlled Approaches on Conditional Text Generation

Hi Adapters,

Conditional text generation tasks are common tasks in natural langauge generation region. Recently there is a trend that focused on controlling text generation 
to satisfy specific condition. In this talk, I will briefly introduce 3 typical work and compare their pros and cons.
